CONNECT ON:

Will leads the commercial strategy for Cirtec Medical’s Active Implants and Neuromodulation division, partnering with customers to bring innovative implantable therapies to market. He brings over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, with direct expertise spanning Brain-Computer Interface (BCI), Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS), and Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS).

Will began his career as a Senior Product Manager at Medtronic’s Vascular Division, where he supported vascular closure and guide catheter technologies. His passion for delivering life-changing therapies to those in need led him to Stryker Spine (BioSystems of New England), where he excelled in the operating theatre as a Senior Sales Representative and earned Stryker’s prestigious Emerald Award. He later joined Covidien’s Bio Surgery Division, gaining firsthand experience in the commercial distribution of Class III medical devices.

Since joining Cirtec, Will has been instrumental in its transformation into a leading partner in the design, development, and production of Class III implantable devices. He and his team work closely with both large and small companies to identify and leverage Cirtec’s capabilities to best support their programs.  Will is also a regular speaker at industry events in the neuromodulation and stimulation space.

Will holds a BA in Russian Studies and Economics from Hobart College and earned his MBA with Magna Cum Laude honors from Babson College’s Olin Graduate School of Business.

He lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts with his wife, Jen, and their four children. On weekends, he’s often fishing for striped bass off the coast of Manchester-by-the-Sea or hiking New Hampshire’s 4,000-foot peaks—only three remain on his list as of May 2025.
