Extrusions

Single- to 12-lumen profiles, bump or tapered tubing, and specialty resins such as Pebax®, Nylon, PTFE, FEP, HDPE, TPUs, or Polyimide deliver the ideal balance of flexibility, pushability, and wall uniformity. Our materials can be compounded with H&L stabilizers, colorants, Radio Opaque fillers and lubricity additives.

Reinforcement
  • Stainless steel, Nitinol, MP35N wires/flat ribbons, or polymer fibers
  • Tight-pitch designs down to 0.001 in Ø for torque and kink resistance
