Will serves as Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel, leading the company’s legal department and provides strategic counsel to the executive leadership team. He also directs the company’s litigation strategy and manages its intellectual property portfolio. With deep expertise in navigating complex legal landscapes, Will plays a critical role in helping Cirtec achieve its commercial objectives while proactively managing operational risk.
Will brings a wealth of experience advising Fortune 500 companies in highly regulated industries. His background includes legal roles across the healthcare, agriscience, and utilities sectors, equipping him with the knowledge and foresight to support innovation and responsible growth.
A graduate of Kalamazoo College and William Mitchell College of Law, Will is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, New York, and Washington, D.C. His diverse legal credentials and business experience allow him to bridge legal considerations with strategic priorities, making him a trusted partner to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Will resides in Minneapolis, where he enjoys cycling, international travel, and spending time outdoors with his golden retriever, Mabel.
