Jeff Kreuger serves as Vice President of Operational Excellence at Cirtec Medical, where he leads companywide initiatives focused on shop floor management, lean manufacturing, employee health and safety, and the operations of Cirtec’s precision components facilities in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and Sturtevant, Wisconsin.
Before joining Cirtec, Jeff spent over two decades at Jabil, where he held progressive leadership roles across inventory and warehouse management, production control, purchasing, and materials management. In 2013, he transitioned into operations management, focusing on Lean Six Sigma and project management. Jeff earned his PMP and ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt certifications in 2016, applying these skills to drive measurable improvements in capacity, cost efficiency, and operational performance across diverse manufacturing environments.
Notably, Jeff led the development of Jabil’s U.S. Operations Lean Six Sigma team, designing a management structure, training program, and communication strategy that became a company-wide benchmark for best practice sharing and consistency.
Jeff is a strong advocate for team empowerment and accountability, firmly believing that engaged employees are both happier and more productive.
Jeff earned a degree in Logistics Management from Central Michigan University. He currently resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan, with his wife, Paula, and their four children. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys running and supporting his children’s sports activities, including baseball, soccer, and gymnastics.
