In his role, Tim coordinates Cirtec’s vertically integrated operations to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions that meet the demands of the medical device industry.
With a proven track record of success across global supply chain organizations, Tim brings deep expertise from leadership roles in the automotive and fenestration industries. His professional experience spans procurement, sourcing, logistics, and manufacturing operations, where he has consistently driven operational excellence and cost optimization. Tim has led major transformation initiatives including the consolidation of supply chain functions, implementation of vendor-managed inventory programs, and rollout of ERP/MRP systems that improve visibility, reduce waste, and enhance fulfillment performance.
Tim is recognized for implementing strategies that increase agility, mitigate risk, and promote sustainability across the supply chain. His ability to align strategic supply chain initiatives with business objectives has earned him a reputation as a trusted and results-driven leader.
Tim holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA from the Beacom School of Business at the University of South Dakota. He is also trained in key regulatory and quality standards, including AAMI Quality System Regulation 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485, ensuring compliance in highly regulated environments.
