Sean Harz has over 22 years of experience in the medical device outsourcing industry. Over a decade of that time has been with Cirtec Medical where Sean currently overseeing sales, market strategy, and client services. He also heads the Business Services team, responsible for customer engagement, sales forecasting, and operational support across Cirtec’s global production sites.
Sean played a key role in Cirtec’s transformation, having been hand-selected for the team that contributed to the company's successful private equity acquisition in 2017.
Prior to Cirtec, Sean served as Head of Sales, North America at Gerresheimer Medical Systems GmbH, a $2B global pharmaceutical device contract manufacturer. His earlier experience includes serving in interim executive roles at Highland Capital Management, a Dallas-based private equity firm, and leading strategic sales efforts at Avail Medical, where he partnered with major OEMs including Johnson & Johnson, Baxter, Boston Scientific, and Stryker—culminating in Avail’s acquisition by Flex Medical in 2008.
Sean holds both MA and BA degrees in Business and Organizational Management from the University of San Diego. He is also a former U.S. Navy officer, having served seven years in leadership roles within the Pacific Fleet, earning the Navy Achievement and Navy Commendation medals.
Residing in Fort Worth, TX, Sean enjoys time with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he’s passionate about gaming with his kids, hunting, spending time at the beach, and supporting the local DFW art scene.
