Miranda is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 15 years of experience leading strategic HR initiatives across fast-paced, regulated industries. As Senior Director of Human Resources at Cirtec Medical, she leads global HR strategy for a workforce of more than 1,600 employees, aligning talent programs with business objectives to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Miranda is known for transforming HR into a strategic business partner. She has successfully led enterprise-wide performance management rollouts, streamlined talent acquisition processes, and implemented workforce planning models that have improved hiring speed, quality, and efficiency.
Prior to joining Cirtec, Miranda held key HR leadership roles at OpSens Medical, ACIST Medical (Bracco), and Phillips-Medisize. Across these organizations, she built expertise in HR analytics, leadership development, and cultural transformation. Her initiatives, ranging from launching learning and development programs to enhancing employee engagement, consistently deliver measurable business results.
A trusted advisor to senior leadership, Miranda specializes in organizational design, change management, and building scalable HR infrastructures that support dynamic business environments. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.
Miranda resides in Hudson, Wisconsin, with her husband, their children, and three dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
