Ed was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer of Cirtec Medical in May 2025. In this role, he is responsible for defining the company’s strategic vision, values, and culture while driving sustainable growth and value for employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Ed brings over 30 years of experience in the medical device contract manufacturing industry, with a strong track record in finance, operations, and information technology leadership. He joined Cirtec in December 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. Before Cirtec, Ed spent more than a decade at Jabil, a global contract manufacturing leader, culminating in his role as Vice President of Finance for Jabil Healthcare.
Earlier in his career, Ed held several financial leadership roles over 15+ years at Nypro Inc., where he was instrumental in advancing financial operations and business performance.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts. Ed also earned a Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University and completed executive programs at Harvard University in Leadership Development and Succeeding as a Strategic CFO.
A lifelong resident of Central Massachusetts, Ed lives there with his wife, Lynn. They have four adult children: David, Danny, Mikayla, and Bella. Ed enjoys sports and actively supports his community, including serving as Treasurer of the Nypro Foundation Board of Directors.
