Drew Hill serves as Vice President and General Manager of Cirtec Medical’s Interventional business, where he leads strategy, operations, and program execution to drive growth and innovation across the company’s advanced interventional platforms.
Drew brings more than 20 years of experience spanning research and development, engineering, operations, and strategic leadership in the medical device industry. Before joining Cirtec, he led R&D at Paragon 28, where he revitalized a delayed product portfolio and successfully delivered more than 30 new product launches in 2024. His leadership helped position the company for its acquisition by Zimmer Biomet in 2025.
Earlier in his career, Drew held operational leadership roles at Spectranetics (Philips) and ViewRay, where he built and scaled high-performing teams focused on innovation, quality, and delivery excellence. His diverse background enables him to bridge technical expertise with business strategy, accelerating product development and market success.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, as well as a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Based in Colorado, Drew and his wife are raising two children. Outside of work, he’s an avid hockey player and passionate college football fan.
