David Monach is the Senior Director of Business Development, Precision Components at Cirtec Medical. In this role, he leverages his deep industry knowledge and business acumen to drive strategic growth and strengthen key partnerships within this specialized sector. Since joining Cirtec in 2019, David has played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s business development initiatives.
Before joining Cirtec, David owned and operated Novus Metals, where he successfully led sales efforts focused on precious metal-containing products. His career is marked by achievements in creating new market segments, building high-performing sales teams, and negotiating long-term supply agreements. With a strong entrepreneurial background, David brings a comprehensive and strategic approach to sales and business development.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton – College of Business and Economics.
Outside of work, David is a dedicated family man. He has been married for over 25 years and is the proud father of two sons. A passionate motorsports enthusiast, he enjoys off-road motorcycle racing and cheering on his sons in collegiate athletics. David is also an avid dog lover, especially fond of boxers.
