Dan Siniscalchi is Director of Business Development for Cirtec Medical's Interventional business unit, where he leads the Business Development organization and drives go-to-market strategies across targeted markets and applications. He partners with business unit leadership and the Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with Cirtec Medical's broader business objectives.
Dan brings more than 20 years of medical device industry experience, including 15 years with Freudenberg Medical, where he held progressively senior leadership roles across sales, business development, and global account management. His experience includes leading business development for the Interventional market across the Eastern U.S. and North America, as well as serving as Vice President of Global Account Management.
Throughout his career, Dan has focused on strategic selling,market engagement, pipeline management, and building long-term relationships with leading medical device OEMs. From 2020 through 2025, he led a business development organization that achieved more than 20% compound annual growth in Interventional markets. He also developed global OEM relationships that resulted in an $80 million annual business relationship, with contracts representing more than $120 million in future annual business.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University.
Outside of work, Dan is a weekly hockey player and life long skier and snowboarder. He also enjoys fly fishing, kayaking, small-boat sailing, history, and traveling with his wife.
