CIRTEC Medical Systems has wide ranging contract manufacturing experience including disposables, implantable devices, surgical equipment, diagnostic devices, and interventional devices. We maintain several ISO 14644-1 Class 7 certified Controlled Environment Rooms in our East Longmeadow and Los Gatos locations. We perform a wide variety of fabrication, assembly, testing and packaging operations with fully lot-controlled and traceable materials and processes.
CIRTEC employs laser welding for critical welding and marking operations and has expertise in various grades of stainless steel and titanium, as well as most other metals. In addition, we process a wide range of polymers and adhesives for applications including machining and joining of molded and extruded parts, cyanoacrylates, medical-grade adhesives, epoxies, silicones and coatings.
