Larry Derose
Founder & Chairman
A graduate of Western New England College with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He was the Co-Founder and President of EBTEC Corporation from 1969 to 1987, when EBTEC merged with a British company. In 1987, Laurence developed a medical focused business plan and launched Texcel.
Founder & Executive Chairman
A graduate of UC Berkeley with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He was Managing Director at Raychem Corp from 1967 to 1977, CEO at Humphrey Instruments/Allergan from 1977 to 1987, CEO & Founder of Insite Vision from 1987 to 1989, and Board Member at Santen Pharmaceutical from 1989 to 2002. In 2004, Jerry co-founded Circle Medical Devices.
